The Epiphani will host The Autumn Awakening Outdoor Sound Bath on Sunday, October 22nd from 3-5 p.m.
With the changing of the seasons coupled with our fast paced lives, we may feel overwhelmed, stressed & anxious. This sound bath & meditation experience will focus on restoring balance & harmony in a natural setting while giving thanks for the abundance in our lives.
We invite you to come out & enjoy white bean chili, hot apple cider & pumpkin bread while connecting to nature.
