Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations made 15 days prior. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment 1 $250.00 Deposit Payment 2 $250.00 The remaining balance of 50% is due no later than 14 days before arrival. PAYMENT TERMS DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the wellness weekend. BALANCE PAYMENT: The remaining balance of 50% is due no later than 14 days before arrival. PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle or HSA/FSA spending accounts. Please contact us for bank transfer details if this is your preferred payment method. Flexible payment options are available upon request. HEALTH CONDITIONS: Clients are required to inform us of any existing health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. SAFETY: We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff during your stay. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
