Welcome to the Epiphani!

By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through www.thepiphani.com.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the wellness weekend.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance of 50% is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

More than 15 Days Before Stay: If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before your scheduled stay, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.
15 Days or Less Before Stay: Cancellations made 15 days or less before your scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
No Show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Change of Dates: Subject to availability, you may request to change your booking dates. Any changes made less than 15 days before the stay may be subject to additional charges.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the property.
No pets are allowed unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval.
Guests are expected to respect the property and its contents.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Liability

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
Clients are required to inform us of any existing health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. Please follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff during your stay.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

Damages and Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property post-checkout.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process your booking or as required by law.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our listing and will be effective immediately upon posting.
